The WindsorEssex Community Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Community Impact Grant Program.
Each year, WECF offers grants of up to $15,000 for projects or programs that contribute to community well-being and create a lasting impact. In the past, it has donated to mental health outreach, local food banks, and affordable housing.
All of the funding is aligned with needs identified in the annual Vital Signs report. The 2025 report, released in October, identified food security, housing, and better access to healthcare as top priorities in the community.
Grants will be awarded to registered charities, registered amateur athletic associations, or municipalities.
Funding applications are open until August 14, 2026. More information on eligibility for the program can be found on the WECF website.
