Windsor Fire and Rescue Services were called to the scene on Stanley Street overnight on July 17.
On July 18, Windsor Fire said that no one was injured in the blaze but that the family who was living in the home, one adult and five children, had been displaced.
The fire damage is estimated at $500,000, including damage to neighbouring homes.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
Participants will gather at Mike Weir Park on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the walk, either 2.5 kilometres or five km.
