Windsor Police have introduced the next in their series of suspects highlighted by their Wanted in Windsor initiative, Emile El Haddad.
Police say El Haddad allegedly defrauded three victims out of $200,000 between 2012 and 2015. He is said to have represented himself as a businessman and convinced his victims to invest in his incorporated company.
The Windsor Police Financial Crimes Unit determined the money was never intended to be used for its stated purpose.

El Haddad is currently wanted on outstanding warrants for fraud over $5,000 and three counts of failure to attend court.
The "Wanted in Windsor" initiative spotlights offenders who are evading arrest for multiple crimes. Investigators hope to generate more leads by making the cases public.
