Tecumseh Town Council amended a bylaw during Tuesday's council meeting to allow for it, after a report said there were no complaints or incidents after a billboard went up on County Road 11.
The report detailed the first six months after the digital billboard went up.
The town will monitor whether there are any adverse impacts from any new billboards that go up.
