Strong Start To Second Half

The Windsor Spitfires look to remain hot while on the road.

Winning four of their last five games, including victories over London and Erie, the Spits are in Belleville tonight.

Windsor's Player of the Month for December Trevor Murphy says the team seems energized after a short break at Christmas. "We're looking about seven points back of a playoff spot, so we need to get on a bit of a roll and gain a couple more points here. This weekend is huge. I think we need at least two out of the three games on the road."

The Spits will be in Ottawa and then Kingston to round out the weekend.

Puck drop is set for 7pm tonight against the Bulls.
