Express Lose In Game 3

The Windsor Express fell 116-109 to the Mississauga Power on Thursday, but still lead 2-1 in the playoff series.

Mississauga led the Express by nine points at the end of the first quarter and extended their lead to 57-43 at halftime. Windsor gained some ground in the second half to cut down Mississauga's lead, but it wasn't enough to surpass the Power.

Quinnel Brown led Windsor with 26 points, while Chris Commons had 22 points and Tony Bennett scored 19 points.

The Express will take on the Power again for Game 4 on Tuesday at 7:30pm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
