Express Tie Series In Halifax

The Windsor Express have tied their NBL Canada Finals series after a 109-105 win over the Halifax Rainmen in Game 4.

On Friday, the Express had a seven point lead at the end of the first quarter and held an eight point advantage going into halftime. Windsor gained more ground in the third quarter, but the Rainmen fought hard to catch up in the fourth, making it a 106-105 game for the Express with just 32 seconds left. However, Windsor was able to make three points before the buzzer to ensure their win.

Kirk Williams led Windsor with a game high of 36 points.

The Express are back in Halifax on Sunday for Game 5 at 1pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
