Josh Pope-Ferguson, Zach Guilbeault and Dallas Maurovic all scored once for Leamington.
Tyler Russell and Jack Bowler scored the two goals for LaSalle.
The Vipers will try and stave off elimination in Game 6 on Thursday. The puck drops at 7:10pm in Leamington.

Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
