The London Lightning needed an extra period to even the NBLC Finals.
Mo Bolden scored 38 points and had 11 rebounds for a double-double, in the Lightning's 122-114 overtime win over the Halifax Hurricanes Saturday night at Budweiser Gardens.
London has evened the best-of-seven series at two games apiece after dropping the first two in Halifax.
The game was tight throughout, with the Lightning taking a 26-24 lead after the first quarter. They then needed a Garrett Williamson buzzer-beater to keep a 55-53 lead at halftime. London pulled away in the third quarter by outscoring Halifax 33-24, but the Hurricanes blew back into it and forced the overtime period.
The Lightning doubled up the Hurricanes 16-8 in the overtime period. The period was delayed for several minutes when Marcus Capers was injured and had to be carried off the court.
Julian Boyd added 24 points for London and led the team in defence with 14 rebounds. Williamson got a total of 23 points, including 11-for-13 at the charity stripe.
Antoine Mason lad Halifax with 36 points, plus ten rebounds. Tyrone Watson contributed 17 points and ten rebounds, while Ta'Quan Zimmerman scored 14 off the bench.
London plays its final home game of the season Monday night, when Game 5 tips off at 7pm.
