Lambton woman may have been in London prior to disappearance

Provincial police are investigating a possible London connection as investigators continue to search for a Lambton County woman who hasn't been heard from in over two years.

Deana Timms, 34, of Brooke-Alvinston was last heard from in late February 2021.

According to new tips, Lambton OPP now believes Timms left a London residence with another person with plans of returning to Lambton County. However, she hasn't been seen since.

"Police remain concerned for her wellbeing and are asking for the public's help in locating her," read a media release.

Timms is described as a white female, 5'4" in height, weighing about 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She has ties to the Watford area.

Investigators, under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch, are asking anyone with information (no matter how small) to contact police through a dedicated tip line and email address at 1-844-677-9402 or OPP.TIMMS.Missing.Person@opp.ca.

Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or through its website.
