Canatara Park will be home to Sarnia's latest outdoor concert event this weekend.
Revelree kicks off tonight with Sarnia's own Little White Lies and Gypsy Flats with headliner Arkells.
Festival Director Scott Palko said gates open at 4 p.m. both days.
"We do have re-entry this year," said Palko. "So really from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. if you want to come in, check out a band then go have a bite to eat, or you want to go jump in the lake, whatever you want to do, you can do that. Anyone who leaves after 8 p.m., that's when the re-entry is cut off."
Saturday's lineup includes headliners Tom Cochrane and the Glorious Sons. Palko said general admission tickets for $95 are still available online, and there will also be tickets at the gate.
Festival Director Scott Palko said the support from the community has been great.
"We are very fortunate and it's been overwhelmingly positive," he said. "People are excited for both nights and from what it sounds like, not only is the Sarnia community being very supportive and snatching up tickets, but we can see that we are getting great support from outside Lambton County. Probably right now, about 40 per cent of our tickets are from outside Lambton County."
The set-up is very similar to last year's event and the park is still open to the public.
"It's a summer weekend so people have full access to the beach," said Palko. " The only area not available is the green space where the venue is. I would strongly encourage people to walk down to the show. A bigger show and a few more people this year, parking and getting in and out of the venue might be a little bit chaotic, so we encourage people to walk down, enjoy the show, and get in and out of the park that way.
Free water will also be available and attendees can bring an empty water bottle to fill up.
