County Road 4 (Hill Street) at the CN Rail crossing has been closed to everyone including emergency vehicles Sunday.
The road will be closed between Lyndoch Street and Highway 40 for emergency grade crossing repairs.
Detour routes will be posted.
Local traffic will be permitted up to the CN Railway Crossing on County Road 4 from the east and the west, though no vehicles will be allowed to cross over the tracks.
Lambton County Public Works said the closure will last from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
