Local authorities said Jason Tulloch was last seen Saturday at around 10 a.m. in the area of Eastlawn and Vroom Avenue.
On August 26, police said Tulloch had been found and his well-being was checked.
The regional championship will be held from July 17 to July 19 and is open to spectators.
