SCF, Lambton College to recognize Women of Excellence

The Sarnia Community Foundation has partnered with Lambton College to celebrate trailblazers in the community during the 10th annual Women of Excellence.

Nominations will be accepted until April 2.

“SCF’s Women of Excellence has grown into a vibrant, thriving event over the past decade, witnessing extraordinary leadership, boundless inspiration, and a community that continues to lift one another higher," said SCF Board Chair Jessica Martin. "Each year has added new voices, new victories, and a powerful sense of unity that celebrates women who lead with courage and transform the world around them."

The annual initiative aims to recognize the achievements and contributions made across various sectors such as business, health, arts, community development, and education.

“At Lambton College, we know how powerful it is when women lead, mentor, and inspire the next generation, and we are honoured to help celebrate those contributions in our community,” said Lambton College President and CEO Rob Kardas.

Nomination forms can be found on SCF's website. Printed nominations will also be accepted at its office, located at 109 Durand St.

A Women of Excellence luncheon will be held on Thursday, June 4, at the Lambton College event centre. A keynote speaker will be announced at a later date.
