Lambton OPP say a 21-year-old from Newbury has died in a collision at the intersection of Courtright Line and Nauvoo Road in Brooke-Alvinston.
The serious single-vehicle crash occurred at around 7:20 a.m. on Friday.
In an update released over the noon hour, OPP said the vehicle's lone occupant was pronounced dead at the scene.
Members of Lambton OPP and West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team continue to investigate the collision.
Courtright Line was closed between Old Walnut and River Roads. Nauvoo Road was also closed between Millpond Avenue and Oil Springs Line.
In an update just before 3 p.m., police said the scene had been cleared and the roads had reopened.
