Grain Farmers of Ontario Chair Mark Brock says his organisation can't accept the new provincial neonic-treated seed regulations quietly.
Those final regulations were released earlier this week.
They go into effect July 1st.
Brock says the government's lack of communication and cooperation with his organisation has resulted in unworkable regulations.
He suggests one of their options may be legal action.
Brock says growers have been telling GFO those neonic regulations are just the tip of the iceberg and a battle the organisation has to fight.
He says if grain growers play nice all the time, they'll get bulldozed.
Brock feels GFO members want the organisation to stand up and challenge the government on those new neonic regulations.

Brock says his organisation's membership is pretty frustrated.

Brock says they're worried the new provincial regulations on neonic-treated seeds could lead to restrictions on other tools growers use.
