County school bus service cancelled Thursday morning

School buses in Zones 4 and 6 have been cancelled on Thursday morning due to foggy conditions.

Zone 4 covers the area of Petrolia, Oil Springs, Oil City, Alvinston, and Inwood.

Schools impacted include Brooke Central Public School, École Hillcrest School, Lambton Centennial Public School, Queen Elizabeth II, (Petrolia), St. Philip School, and Lambton Central Collegiate & Vocational Institute.

Zone 6 includes Dresden, Ridgetown, Thamesville, Bothwell, Highgate, Florence, Morpeth, and Orford.

The buses are expected to be back up and running during the afternoon.
