A 38-year-old Ancaster man has been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm after a transport truck rear-ended another on Highway 402 in Sarnia.
It happened at around 12:50 p.m. Tuesday in the westbound lanes just east of Christina Street.
OPP said both drivers were taken to hospital. One was transported to London hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries, while the other was treated for minor injuries and released.
The highway was closed until 11:30 p.m. for the investigation and clean-up.
The charged driver is appear in Sarnia court on May 13.
