Eden Hamilton was reported missing Monday afternoon after she was last seen by her family at around 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 7.
Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Monday, police said Hamilton had been found safe.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
