Lambton Junior Golf Tour swings into second season

Local youth are being invited to participate in the Lambton Junior Golf Tour again this year.

The season starts on June 2 at the Sawmill Creek Golf Resort.

Registration for the tour is still open for youth wanting to participate and can be done online on the Sarnia Minor Athletic website.

The cost to participate will be $275 for all five events.

A total of 63 golfers were a part of the inaugural season last summer.

According to the Lambton Junior Golf Tour website, participants will be limited to 80.

This year, the tour is also adding a $500 bursary for graduates of the tour who will be attending post secondary school in the fall.

Registration will close on Tuesday.
