DeWalt tools reported stolen in Dawn-Euphemia break-in

Provincial police are looking for suspects accused of breaking into a business on Florence Road in Dawn-Euphemia Township and stealing $5,000 in tools.

Lambton OPP said officers were called to the business on September 22, shortly after 9 a.m.

Police said three unknown people arrived at the property in a white pick-up truck at approximately 5:40 a.m.

Two suspects allegedly smashed a window and stole tools -- most of which were DeWalt brand -- and took off in the truck.

OPP described the first suspect as being a man in his 20s or 30s, roughly 5'8" or 6' in height, with a slender build. He wore sunglasses, a face mask that covered his mouth and nose, jeans, a light-coloured sweatshirt with reflective bars, black and white sneakers, and gloves.

The second suspect is also described as being a 20 to 30-year-old male, about 5'8" or 6', with a slender build. He wore jeans, black and white sneakers, a light-coloured hoodie with black drawstrings (with the hood up), and gloves.

Police said they also had flashlights.

The investigation is ongoing.
