Police looking for two suspects in Sarnia kidnapping

Sarnia police are asking the public for help finding two people believed to have played a part in a recent kidnapping.

On Friday January 10, police were called to the area of Confederation Street and Stuart Street after a 22-year-old woman ran up to a home, not dressed for the weather, claiming she had been kidnapped.

She told investigators that two men and a woman entered her home, one of them armed with an axe. The woman was allegedly assaulted and taken to a waiting vehicle driven by a third man and held against her will.

She claimed she was eventually pushed out of the stopped vehicle; at which time she ran for help.

Two men, 30-year-old Alexander Morningstar-Hall and 41-year-old Aaron Furstenau, have since been arrested and charged with kidnapping, break and enter, and forcible confinement. They each face other charges as well.

Police are still looking for 37-year-old Todd Graham-Grey and 43-year-old Cassandra Bates. They each face similar charges with Bates facing an additional assault charge.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact police at 519-344-8861 or Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers.
