3Rivers Roll happening once again in Wallaceburg

A popular cycling event is coming back to Wallaceburg.

Community Living Wallaceburg and the Glasstown Brewing Company are set to host the "3Rivers Roll" next month. It's comprised of three separate parade-pace rides that take place in different parts of Wallaceburg.

The event was last held in 2023.

It's set to take place on August 7, one day before the official start of the Wallaceburg Antique Motor and Boat Outing (WAMBO).

"All of us believed bicycles would be a great addition alongside the antique cars, boats and motorcycles on display annually. Over the years, 3Rivers Roll cyclists have shown off many unique bicycles from antiques to one-of-a-kind builds not seen everyday," said Andrew Dawson, Fund Development and Communications Specialist at Community Living Wallaceburg.

The ride is free for everyone, with Community Living Wallaceburg asking for donations to help buy a new fully-accessible van. This vehicle would be used to transport people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to medical appointments, special programming, and community events.

The event gets underway at 6 p.m. at Glasstown Brewing Company.
