The Sarnia Sting lost their third straight game on Wednesday morning, a tough 7-3 defeat at the hands of the Owen Sound Attack.
It was Owen Sound's school day game, played in front of thousands of young students.
Tristan Delisle led the way for the Attack with a hat-trick. Nicholas Syokra had a pair of goals, while Harry Nansi dished out three assists.
The Sting were trailing 7-0 after two periods before Beckham Edwards scored his sixth of the year to break Carter George's shutout.
The powerplay marker was assisted by Lukas Fischer and Ryan Brown.
Brown scored his third of the year under two minutes later on a feed from Liam Beamish. Ben Pickell capped the scoring for the Sting with a powerplay goal assisted by Mitch Young.
Sting goalie Patrick Quinlan allowed five goals on 22 shots before being pulled for Charlie Larocque early in the second period. Larocque gave up two goals on 21 shots in his Sting debut.
The Sting were outshot 43-29 overall.
The loss puts Sarnia at 4-7-2-0 on the OHL campaign, while the Attack improved to 10-5-0-1.
Sarnia's next game is scheduled for Thursday night in Barrie, and they'll head to Guelph on Sunday afternoon.
The Sting will have their own school day game, November 5 at 10:30 a.m. for a rematch with the Attack.
