He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey winter coat.
If anyone has information that may assist in finding Seamus, they are asked to call the Sarnia Police Service at 519-344-8861 extension 0.
One safety tip will be released daily, starting on Friday, December 12.
