Sarnia police serve several warrants in drug investigation

Sarnia Police Service says it executed multiple search warrants across the city on Tuesday morning as part of a drug investigation.

Warrants were executed at addresses on George Street, St. Clair Parkway, Coventry Court, Michigan Avenue and in Corunna. Police said several tactical units from neighbouring partner agencies assisted.

SPS said the warrants resulted in seizures, multiple arrests, and charges. An update on the investigation will be issued by police in the coming days.

"The investigation is still ongoing with officers examining seized evidence and compiling final information," read a statement from Sarnia Police.
