Sarnia police and Sarnia Fire Rescue responded to a vehicle that crashed into a home on New Year's Day.
At 10:30 a.m. on January 1, police and fire crews responded to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a house on the 700 block of Cathcart Boulevard.
Crews arrived and stabilized the vehicle before assisting the driver, who was still inside the pick-up truck involved.
The lone driver sustained minor injuries and was extricated from the vehicle to be assessed by medical personnel.
The home suffered minor facade damage, but there was no structural damage.
The investigation is ongoing.
