In a statement posted online, CBSA said officers are trying to tackle organized crime and seized more than $4.5 million in contraband tobacco and vapes in just seven days.
The agency said the products were found in vehicles trying to cross the bridge from the United States into Canada.
The regional championship will be held from July 17 to July 19 and is open to spectators.
