Sting ink two players ahead of 2026-27 OHL season

The Sarnia Sting have signed two players for the upcoming Ontario Hockey League (OHL) season.

The organization has inked forward Myles Dunn to a Standard Player Agreement. He was the Sting's 8th round pick in the 2025 OHL Priority Selection.

The 2009-born London native played three games for the Sting in 2025-26, registering an assist in his OHL debut against the Kitchener Rangers.

Dunn put together an impressive campaign with the St. Thomas Stars of the GOJHL, recording 25 goals and 32 assists for 57 points in 47 games.

"I am truly honoured to sign with such a great organization," said Dunn. "Through my small amount of time with the team last year, I was able to learn a lot and gather the knowledge I needed to get to the next level. Looking forward to getting things going and can't wait to get started in Sarnia."

In late January, Dunn was named OHL Prospect of the Week after scoring five goals and adding two assists for seven points in just two games with the Stars.

He also competed in the 2026 GOJHL Top Prospects Game.

"We're very excited to welcome Myles to the Sting organization," said Sting General Manager Dylan Seca. "Since selecting him in the 2025 OHL Priority Selection, we've been impressed with the way he has developed and challenged himself. His success in St. Thomas, combined with the maturity he showed during his time with our team last season, made it clear that he was ready for this next step."

The club also signed Kinnelon, New Jersey native Braydon Sisco.

The 2009-born right-shot forward joins the Sting after an impressive season with the North Jersey Avalanche 16U AAA program.

In 26 games during the 2025-26 season, he recorded 23 goals and 31 assists for 55 points.

"Braydon is a player who brings offensive skill, hockey sense, and a strong work ethic to the ice," said Sarnia Sting GM, Dylan Seca. "We're excited to welcome him and his family to the Sting organization and look forward to supporting his development."

Sisco expressed his excitement about beginning his OHL journey in Sarnia.

"I am so happy to be part of the Sting organization and grateful for the opportunity," said Sisco.

The Sting organization welcomes Myles and Braydon and their families Sting Nation and looks forward to seeing their continued growth.
