Markus Haerle, chair of Grain Farmers of Ontario, attended the conference roundtable and reception to gain support for the ask we have put forward as part of the AgGrowth Coalition for immediate action on Business Risk Management programming.

Ernie Hardeman, Ontario’s minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, was asked to champion support for an immediate action on Business Risk Management programming that includes an immediate change to AgriStability coverage to 85% coverage with no reference margin limits.
