The Windsor Express dropped one at home on Family Day Monday.
Logan Stutz scored 26 points and played 41 minutes, but the Express fell to the St. John's Edge 112-108 before 1,220 at the WFCU Centre.
Windsor is now 13-14, and sits in third place in the NBL Central Division standings.
The Express dominated the first half of the contest, leading by four after the first quarter then leading St. John's 62-48 at halftime. The Edge came back in the third quarter, outscoring the Express 43-27, and that would be enough to carry them the rest of the game.
Maurice Jones contributed 19 points for Windsor and Chad Frazier sank 18. Stutz also led the team in rebounds with nine.
Carl English led the Edge with 26 points. Charles Hinkle and Alex Johnson both got double-doubles. Hinkle had 23 points and 11 rebounds while Johnson scored 17 with ten assists.
The Express are back in action Wednesday night when Hwy 401 rival London visits the WFCU Centre.
