Gateway Casinos restructuring plan includes new CEO

Gateway Casinos and Entertainment has announced there will be a change at the helm after a proposed financial restructuring.

The restructuring will see Gateway merge with Leisure Acquisition Corp. to create a publicly-traded company valued at nearly $1.5 billion.

Current Gateway chief executive Tony Santo will retire and be replaced as CEO and president by Marc Falcone.
