Woman accused of breaking windows at three businesses
A 42-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with three counts of mischief after three different businesses on the same street reported that someone had broken their windows.
Chatham-Kent police said all of the businesses affected are on Grand Avenue East in Chatham and that the incidents were reported Tuesday morning. The damage was estimated at $3,500.
Officers were able to identify a suspect after reviewing some video surveillance and later arrested her.
The accused was charged and later released with a future court date.

Two women charged after police find drugs during traffic stop
Two women in their 30s are facing charges after Chatham-Kent police allegedly found some suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine after stopping a vehicle on McNaughton Avenue in Chatham.
Police said they stopped the vehicle Tuesday night, adding that the driver also allegedly falsely identified herself to the officer.
As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old woman of no fixed address was charged with one count each of obstructing police and driving while under suspension and two counts of drug possession.
A 32-year-old Wallaceburg woman was also arrested and charged with one count of drug possession.
They were both later released with a future court date.

Verbal argument escalates into physical fight
A 28-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with two counts of assault after she allegedly assaulted someone during a domestic disturbance in Wallaceburg.
Police said they received the call Tuesday night, adding that their investigation showed a verbal argument had escalated into a physical altercation.
The accused was later released with a future court date.

Police looking for white Kia stolen from car lot
Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public for tips as they try to track down a 2015 Kia Forte that was reportedly stolen from a car lot on Richmond Street in Chatham sometime over the past month and a half.
Officers said it's believed the vehicle was taken sometime between August 16 and October 1, adding that it was unplated and is valued at approximately $6,000.
