Jay Cutler returned from injury and threw for 252 yards with a touchdown as the Bears beat the Minnesota Vikings 20-10 in the NFL's Monday Nighter. Chicago rookie Jordan Howard ran for a career-high 153 yards and a TD.

In other NFL news -- Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger was able to practice in a limited capacity yesterday, just two weeks after undergoing surgery to repair the meniscus in his left knee.

Game 6 of the World Series goes tonight in Cleveland. The Chicago Cubs stayed alive with a Game 5 win over the Indians at Wrigley Field. Jake Arrieta will take the mound for the Cubs -- while Cleveland will counter with Josh Tomlin. The Indians lead the best-of-seven series 3-2.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

As part of a partnership between the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 and City of Sarnia, an unveiling ceremony will be held at the corner of Christina Street and Wellington Street on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
