The Windsor Spitfires are spending more draft picks in order to shore up the depth of its roster.
The team's sending a third round selection in 2024 to Oshawa in exchange for 19-year-old defenceman Daniel Robertson.
The Windsor-native is sporting a plus-minus of seven, and has added a goal and seven assists in 37 games with the Generals this season.
The Spits will also welcome centreman Adam Laishram from Hamilton. The 19-year-old scored seven goals and tallied 11 assists in 26 games with the Bulldogs.
In the Laishram deal, Windsor also regains its second round pick in this year's draft along with Hamilton's eighth round selection.
Going the other way are Niagara's second round pick and Kingston's fourth round pick in 2017, as well as the Spits' second round selection in 2026 (although that one is conditional).
Tuesday marks the OHL's trade deadline for 2016-2017.
Windsor's biggest splash came Monday, in a trade which netted the team highly touted Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Jeremy Bracco.
