Classic Rock 94.5's Phil Main running for mental health awareness

This May, Phil Main of Classic Rock 94.5 is going to run, walk and crawl for mental health.

Phil is going to do 24 kilometres for 5 straight days, from May 6th to 10th, which is Mental Health Awareness Week, to try and help raise awareness and end the stigma surrounding mental health in Midwestern Ontario.

I sat down with Phil to talk about the event, his goals, and what inspired him to put himself out there and get involved. Listen here:

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
