Huron County Warden Jim Ginn says the county is moving into the next stage of its service delivery review. "We've had initial interviews and all of county council has been interviewed by the consultant and now there'll be three sessions with staff just to discuss mainly in-house efficiencies and just how the county is structured and if there's ways to improve that efficiency going forward," said Ginn. Ginn points out the Province has given them a significant amount of money to be used to find efficiencies and he says that's a pretty strong indication that the Province is looking at cutting their funding if, and when, those efficiencies are found. Ginn says they'll be doing everything they can to find ways of delivering services more efficiently without reducing the level of service.
