Bruce County welcoming residents to another scheduled hazardous waste drop-off

Bruce County will be holding another hazardous waste drop-off for residents in July.

The next event will be on Saturday, July 12 at the Kincardine Public Works Yard from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Household hazardous waste materials include: paints and stains, propane tanks, used oil, aerosols, batteries, antifreeze, oil filters, solvents, household cleaners, fluorescent lights, fertilizers, fuel, pharmaceuticals, fire extinguishers, pesticides, and pool chemicals.

Commercial waste, agricultural waste, industrial waste, PCB’s, ammunitions and flares are not accepted.
