Sarnia police have released the names of five people charged in connection with two illegal cannabis dispensary busts last week.

The Reefinery Dispensary in the 1600 block of St. Clair Parkway was raided on July 30, and a large quantity of products was seized.

Sarnia's Derrick Albert Oliver, 39, Floyd William Bullock, 41, and Aaron Arthur Maness, 59, were all charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling.

Oliver faces an additional charge of breach of recognizance.

Police executed a search warrant at the Tashmoo Dispensary the following day, and also seized a number of cannabis-related items.

Sarnia's Kevin Plain, 52, and Joshua Daws, 22, are charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

These investigations were conducted by the Sarnia Police Service in conjunction with the Provincial Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team (PJFCET) as part of an ongoing effort to deal with unlicensed and illegal cannabis dispensaries.
