A 39-year-old Wyoming man faces a long list of charges after a suspicious individual was arrested by city police early Thursday morning. At about 12:30 a.m., a patrol officer saw a motorcycle westbound on Confederation Street suddenly turn into a private driveway. A suspect allegedly got on top of a ledge to get in behind a delivery truck parked in the driveway. By the time the officer turned his cruiser around to investigate further, the individual had left the area, and other officers were called in to conduct a search. The suspect was found leaving a backyard on Campbell Street. Dennis Michael Stuart was being held for a bail hearing on several charges including possessing a prohibited weapon - a "flick" knife, possessing methamphetamine, driving while under suspension, without insurance, and without an approved vehicle interlock device as required.
