Sarnia police say two suspects wanted for a drive-by shooting late Wednesday night are considered armed and dangerous.
Officers responded to a weapons call in the area of Kathleen Avenue and Walnut Avenue before midnight.
Police said a suspect fired a handgun from a vehicle towards the victim, who was also driving at the time. The victim responded by ramming the suspect vehicle with his own truck before losing sight of the vehicle on Indian Road.
After an initial release was issued on Thursday, police have now updated the descriptions of the suspects.
Police said the driver is described as a white male, 18 to 20 years old with shaggy hair and a toque. The passenger is described as a darker skinned male wearing a hoodie.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black Ford Focus hatchback with noticeable damage to the passenger side. Police said for the public's safety, anyone observing this vehicle or these individuals is asked to not approach and call 911.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at 519-344-8861 ext. 5300 or Sarnia-Lambton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
