Construction of a new 52-unit apartment tower on Venetian Boulevard in Point Edward is now complete and "move-in" ready.
An open house is scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 23 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Venetian Harbour Developments Inc. Developer/Owner Nick Salomone said construction officially ended on March 14.
He previously said no major issues were encountered during construction of the six storey building.
The two-bedroom suites range in price from $2,599 to $3,499. The only three-bedroom suite with two bathrooms is priced at $3,999.
Salomone said the building's first tenants moved in on February 28.
Thirty per cent of the units have been leased out so far.
"The response has been nothing but positive," said Salomone in an emailed statement. "Really pleased with how it turned out, excited to see it full of happy residents in their new home."
The building, with views of Bridgeview Marina and Blue Water Bridge, began to take shape last year.
