A 22-year-old resident is facing charges after a single-vehicle crash that killed a six-year-old.
First responders were called to the intersection of St. Clair Parkway and West Smith Line in Sombra on the evening of April 29.
"As an update to the investigation, the two individuals who had sustained life-threatening injuries are now in stable condition and recovering from non-life-threatening injuries," said OPP Constable Jeanine Robertson.
A Wallaceburg resident has been arrested and charged with operation causing death and dangerous operation causing death, plus two counts apiece of operation causing bodily harm and dangerous operation causing bodily harm."
The charges have not been proven in court. The suspect will have a chance to respond in a Sarnia court on May 28.
