A series of registration events will be held in August by the St. Clair Catholic School Board (SCCSB) to mark the start of school for students and families.
Families who are new to the area, recently moved to a different neighbourhood, or exploring Catholic education for the first time are invited to attend.
Communications and Community Relations Supervisor Leah Cabral said this is an opportunity for families to ask questions and register in person before September 1.
"A lot of the time you might not even know what you don't know, so our team is going to be there happy, ready to greet you, ready to provide you with information, steps, timelines, what you can expect," she said.
There will be a total of six events in Sarnia, Chatham and Wallaceburg.

This is the first time since the pandemic an event like this has been held.
Cabral said the decision to bring it back was because of the growth within the school board.
"Our registration teams have experienced [movement] as a trend as the area grows and people shift whether they're there for work or for life, so it's something we're trying to see and we hope to get a lot of feedback," she said.
Cabral said in the past the board has hosted events but only for kindergarteners.
"This was our middle of the summer way to invite everybody in, not just the kindergarteners but anybody who wants their academic journey kickstarted before September rolls around," she said.
Families are asked to bring proof of Catholicity, a birth certificate or equivalent, and proof of address.
No appointment is necessary but bookings can be made by calling 519-627-6762 or going on the school boards website.
Each event will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Meanwhile, in the Lambton-Kent District School Board families can register online or to contact your school to arrange a visit and to meet with staff on Tuesday, August 26.
Families are also asked to bring a birth certificate or proof of Canadian citizenship or residency status, proof of address, and emergency contact information.
