The Windsor Police Service is looking for a suspect in vandalism throughout the city.
On September 25, multiple businesses on Ottawa Street reported that graffiti had been sprayed on their property. Video surveillance captured a suspect spray painting a building near Moy Avenue around 3:45 a.m.
Officers say the word "KURS" was used by the suspect and often appears with some form of face or other figure.
The suspect in this incident is described as White male, approximately 25-30 years old, wearing black clothing, a black backpack with a large 'Under Armour' symbol and was riding a skateboard.
Another business on Tecumseh Road East near Cadillac Street reported two separate incidents of property damage. Graffiti was sprayed on the building on October 7 and on October 17. The word "KURS" was also used in these instances.

Investigators believe that all of these incidents are related and the suspect could be linked to other vandalism in the area of Ottawa Street, Ford City, and downtown.
Police are asking any businesses that have experienced property damage to check their surveillance videos for possible evidence. Any vandalism that has not been reported can be reported through the Windsor Police online reporting system.
