Vendors wanted for the Downtown Windsor Holiday Market

Preparations are underway for the next edition of a relatively new Windsor holiday tradition.

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) will hold the Downtown Windsor Holiday Market on Saturday, December 7, at the Pelissier Street Parking Garage.

"The Downtown Windsor Holiday Market is a wonderful way to bring people together to celebrate the season and support local entrepreneurs," said Downtown Windsor Farmers Market Manager Steve Green. "We’re excited to create a festive atmosphere where visitors can enjoy holiday shopping, live entertainment, and the warmth of the season in the heart of our city."

The holiday market will feature vendors offering handcrafted goods, gifts, food, and drink. The DWBIA has put out a call for vendors who are eager to contribute to the holiday spirit.

"The holiday market is a celebration of Windsor’s spirit, community-focused, local, and brimming with holiday cheer," said DWBIA Chair Chris MacLeod. "It’s an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to discover unique gifts, shop local, and revel in the festive energy that only downtown Windsor can offer."

The market is a curated experience with vendor applications being taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is $50.

Complete information on vending at the holiday market can be found on the DWBIA's official website.
