Pair wanted in counterfeit investigation

Windsor police are looking for two suspects who allegedly used counterfeit U.S. cash at local businesses.

On January 9 and 10, the man and woman went to three retail stores in Windsor. According to police, the pair are alleged to have used over $5,000 in counterfeit U.S. $50 bills to purchase items and received Canadian cash in change.

Investigators believe the suspects are driving a white sports utility vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen Atlas or Tiguan.
