It's hard to find good help these days, especially in the agriculture sector.
Canadian farmers say it's an issue that's been ongoing for years.
They have to hire temporary workers from out of the country.
Chris Cossitt is with the Grey Bruce Pork Producers Association.
"Canadians have become spoiled and the labour or the farm type work that sometimes can be very demanding is not sought after work," says Cossitt.
Cossitt says hiring temporary offshore workers means much of the money they make leaves the country.
The Grey and Bruce county pork and beef producers raised the issue at the recent meet the members meeting in Elmwood.
