Dresden man transferred to London after collision
A 21-year-old Dresden man has been taken to a hospital in London after a crash on Glasgow Line.
Police said the driver lost control of the vehicle when it went off the road and hit a tree around 3 p.m. on Sunday. The driver was first taken to the Sydenham District Hospital but was then transferred to a hospital in London. The severity of his injuries has not been disclosed.

Salvage yard turns up stolen sinks
Charges have been laid after police recovered some stolen items at a salvage yard.
Police said someone stole two stainless steel sinks and a conveyor belt from a business on Adelaide Street in Chatham on January 30. The stolen items are worth approximately $8,500.
A 37-year-old Brigden man was charged with theft over $5,000, being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and trafficking of stolen property.

Truck stolen in Wallaceburg
Police are looking to track down a white 2005 Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The vehicle was reported stolen from a business on Base Line in Wallaceburg over the weekend. The truck was last seen with Ontario license plates 716 9FS.

Traffic Blitz coming up
Officers are reminding drivers to buckle up, pay attention to the road, and drive safely. The reminder comes as police get ready for a traffic blitz throughout Chatham-Kent.
"We will be focusing our efforts this week on driving behaviours that may result in deaths or injuries on our roads," said Sergeant Jim Lynds in a statement. "This initiative is designed to help change dangerous driving behaviours."
