Preparing For Another Division Rival

The Spitfires are looking to bounce back from a tough loss, as they take on Sault Ste. Marie this afternoon.

Windsor dropped its first game back from the Christmas break, 6-3 at home against Sarnia, even though they outshot the Sting 36-21.

Assistant Coach Jerrod Smith says the Greyhounds are playing good hockey lately, having won seven of their last nine games.

"It's a team that has a highly potent offense and their defencemen are really active in the rush. That's something we need to be aware of."

Goalie Mike DiPietro is expected to be back between the pipes for the Spits in this important West Division game. He's won his last three starts. Windsor had won its last four games, leading up to the holiday break.
